Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings was built on a passion for great pizza. Founder Anthony Bruno grew up on Long Island, but he couldn’t find the pizza he knew and loved when he moved to Florida, so he decided to make his own. Fresh ingredients are at the core of the menu, and coal fired flavor is at the heart of Anthony’s. Only the highest quality ingredients are used, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including signature pizzas, is cooked at 900 degrees in a coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste.
