The wood-fired rotisserie chicken restaurant, located at the Promenade at Sunset Walk, offers Nashville hot chicken flavors on its crispy chicken sandwich, tenders, and wings and introduces a new Wild West Side of Cowboy slaw. All offerings are made fresh to order, hand-dipped, and seasoned. But hurry, these hot flavors will be gone on May 26.

The Nashville Hot crispy chicken sandwich is a perfect pick-me-up to add some zing to the day. This limited-time-offer is cooked to crispy perfection, bathed in a fiery Nashville hot chicken dip, and served on a toasted brioche bun with Boom Boom sauce, mayo, pickles, and the new Cowboy slaw, sweet with a hint of heat for $12.50.

The Nashville hot four-tender meal features crispy tenders dipped and hand-seasoned and served with one side for $13.

The six-wing meal also comes with one side and a choice of Boom Boom sauce, Ranch, or Blue Cheese for $12.

For an easy solution to feed the family, Cowboy Chicken adds another Family Meal to its permanent menu with the Tenders and Wings family meal, available in Nashville hot or regular. The meal includes eight tenders, 16 wings, three Texas sides, eight dipping sauces, dessert, and rolls for $46. Guests also can add a gallon of freshly made lemonade.

Cowboy slaw, the newest Wild West side, is a refreshing complement to all those hot chicken dishes. Freshly shredded cabbage is tossed with spices, a creamy sauce, and a touch of jalapeño for a colorful, robust side.
